A motion was made regarding the addition of playground tot features to the Lions Park Playground, and a public submission concerning the same was received for information. The proposed Funded Capital Projects I Multi Year Capital Infrastructure Plan (MYCIP) was presented. Project ID R11 was removed from the Proposed 2020 Capital Projects Budget, and Administration was authorized to include leasing 3 park mowers in the 2020 Operating Budget. The proposed 2020 Capital Projects presentations were received for information and will be brought forward for consideration at the interim budget approval. The Special Council meeting scheduled for Saturday, October 19, 2019, was cancelled.
