Phase 1 of the lincoln homes project will consists of the remediation and demolition of three existing structures, the abatement and rehabilitation of six single story multifamily apartment buildings (5 to 8 units per building), new construction of a 16-unit two-story multifamily apartment building, ancillary structures (trash enclosures, gazebo, etc. ), additional site improvements. Phase 2 of the lincoln homes project will consists of the remediation and demolition of 7 existing structures, the abatement and rehabilitation of 13 single story multifamily apartment buildings (1 to 6 units per building), new construction of a 16-unit two-story multifamily apartment building, ancillary structures (trash enclosures, playground), and the realignment of lincoln drive and other additional site improvements.
