Department of Corrections Cost Driver Study (Request for Proposals)

Description: Seeking sealed proposals from qualified firms to perform an independent study to identify, evaluate, and analyze the primary cost drivers within the State of Alaska’s Department of Corrections (DOC). The purpose of the study is to provide the Legislature with an objective, comprehensive assessment of the factors contributing to increases in DOC’s expenditures, to identify opportunities for cost savings, and to inform policy and budget decisions for long-term fiscal sustainability.
