Description: For the dental health program and the hearing conservation program. Dental readiness administrative support. Dental Readiness Tracking: The contractor shall extract dental readiness data from the Medical Electronic Data Care History and Readiness Tracking (MEDCHART) system and deliver a Weekly Dental Readiness Metrics Report to the DSS no later than 1600 local time each Friday. Dental Form Processing: The contractor shall receive, process, and verify the administrative completeness of dental examination forms (e.g., DD Form 603, DA Form 2813) within three (3) business days of receipt. Review is strictly limited to verifying the presence of complete administrative data (e.g., patient demographics, provider signatures, and dates). The Contractor shall not evaluate the clinical accuracy of the dental charting, terminology, or diagnoses. Forms missing administrative signatures or demographic data shall be returned to the Soldier's unit for correction within the same three (3) business day window. See attached file.
