Demolition services. Work shall consist of the removal and the proper disposal of buildings, fences, septic tanks, driveways, paved areas, conduits, and other miscellaneous structures and encumbrances, which exist upon or within the right of way and/or easements areas on the designated parcels, upon completion of work shall be leveled and/or graded and have fertilizer, lime, grass seed and mulch applied.
