The project involves complete demolition of a six-story building of approximately 138,900 square feet plus a partial basement, along with utility disconnections, demolition of abandoned storage tank containment areas, foundations, support structures, site clearing, grubbing, grading, and the construction of approximately 500 linear feet of 10-inch ductile iron fire line.
