Demolition Property Title Work

Description: The City of Toledo is seeking informational commitments from local title companies to perform title searches on Toledo properties. The searches must identify individuals or entities with interests in the properties, such as lien holders, and provide accurate mailing information for notifying them about nuisance-condition work. Proposals must be submitted electronically and include the required city, project, licensing, rating, respondent, and bid-guaranty documents.
