For more information on the DHHL General Plan, please visit: Department of Hawaiian Home Lands | General Plan. Such programs and/or services shall support healthy and thriving native Hawaiian homestead communities. Proposed programs and/or services may also include any project identified in an HHC-approved DHHL Regional Plan.
