DDSP Specialized Bio-Hazard Cleanup RFP

Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE) necessary to perform a comprehensive biohazard cleanup. The scope includes: Removal, cleanup, and decontamination of rodent fecal matter, urine, nesting materials, and associated debris. Safe retrieval and disposal of any known or newly discovered deceased rodent carcasses. Complete disinfection and deodorization of the affected structural components, flooring, shelving, and immediate surroundings.
