Day Treatment and Intensive Day Treatment Service Providers (Request For Proposal)
Provide day treatment and intensive day treatment service providers.
Description: The County of Stanislaus (County) is seeking qualified and experienced providers of Day Rehabilitation and Day Treatment Intensive Services for Stanislaus County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS), located at 1601 I Street, Suite 300, Modesto, CA 95354. As the County’s Behavioral Health Plan, BHRS is mandated under California Welfare & Institutions Code 14684 to deliver specialty mental health services to eligible Medi-Cal beneficiaries. This RFP seeks to address a critical need for intensive, community-based interventions for children and youth with Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) or co-occurring disorders who require a higher level of care than standard outpatient treatment. The primary objective of this solicitation is to establish a structured therapeutic milieu that functions as a stabilizing alternative to hospitalization or other restrictive placements. By emphasizing rehabilitative and intensive therapeutic services, the County aims to support members in restoring personal independence and maintaining functional stability within their community. This Request for Proposal/Qualifications (RFP) will establish Day Rehabilitation and Day Treatment Intensive Services. The County seeks Contractors who comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, and who are capable of providing all necessary materials, staffing, and supervision required to deliver these services throughout the full term of the agreement. The successful Proposer must meet all the requirements and expectations set forth herein, as well as all the general contractual and insurance requirements mandated by the County (“Terms and Conditions). Terms and conditions may be modified through the RFP process. The County has identified certain criteria to be used as a basis for a scope of work, which is set forth in this RFP and specifically in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part hereof. It is the Proposer’s responsibility to propose a complete Scope of Work that explains in detail the Proposer’s offering. This proposed Scope of Work will be used as the basis for negotiating the final Scope of Work for inclusion in the resultant agreement. The RFP contains the minimum list of services and deliverables the selected Proposer is expected to provide the County.
