Work includes remove existing gwb walls and ceilings, wall tiles, floor tiles, toilet partitions, and doors and frames. Partial removal of vct or carpet on adjacent spaces impacted by work. Mep removals include existing fixtures, lighting, power and fire alarm devices, sprinklers, ductwork, diffusers and existing roof exhaust fans. The work will further include the opening of existing roof slab for new mechanical work and partial opening of existing slabs on grade for new plumbing work; new and renovated restrooms will be built with new gwb walls with tile overlay, act ceilings, porcelain tile floors, toilet partitions, and accessories. Where existing restrooms expand into adjacent spaces new finishes of floors, walls and modifications to existing ceilings will be incorporated. See attached file.
