Work includes renovation of approx. 19,000 SF of kitchen, servery, cafe, cafe terrace, a portion of the cellar, and outdoor kitchen equipment. Abatement work includes but is not limited to the following: contaminated soil at the exterior work, and soil below the kitchen/servery slab openings. Demolition work includes but is not limited to the following: the existing kitchen/servery, portions of the cellar kitchen support areas, park cafe, portions of the outdoor terrace, and some masonry openings for structure and mep. Construction includes, but is not limited to the following: carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, and telecom/security activities. Installation of all new kitchen equipment in the kitchen, servery, and cellar support areas.

Mep removals include existing fixtures, lighting, power and fire alarm devices, sprinklers, ductwork, diffusers and existing roof exhaust fans. The work will further include the opening of existing roof slab for new mechanical work and partial opening of existing slabs on grade for new plumbing work; new and renovated restrooms will be built with new gwb walls with tile overlay, act ceilings, porcelain tile floors, toilet partitions, and accessories.
