CUNY Brooklyn College Campus – 4 Buildings: Heating Plant Fire Pump Replacement and Standpipe Extensions

Description: The project involves the replacement of an existing incoming service and existing fire pump and jockey pump at heat plant location, together with associated piping, valves, accessories and controls, the pumps concrete pad and electrical conduits, wiring associated electrical equipment. Project involves connecting new fire pump and jockey pump to the buildings existing main service switch panels by providing two new con Edison approved trans's meter/switch combination to serve as the fire pump service switches with wires and conduits. Project involves connecting new fire pump and jockey pump and new tamper switches to the existing fire alarm system project involves extension of standpipes on various locations and installing manifolds on each location.
