A/E to assist the owner in the performance of its obligations and enforcement of its rights during the design and construction of the heating plant fuel tank replacement. The project involves the removal of the three existing buried 30,000-gallon fuel oil tanks, fuel oil pumps/piping distribution systems, and controllers that serve the main heating plant. The existing fuel oil system will be "right-sized" and replaced with one new aboveground 40,000-gallon fuel tank, one new 4,000-gallon aboveground fuel oil tank, new pumps/piping distribution, controllers and related electrical power distribution. The project also includes a new aboveground 4,000-gallon fuel oil tank located at the north end of the plant and dedicated to serving the plant emergency generator.
