CTYTF Recreation Building Roof Replacement (Request for Quotes)

Description: Work consists of Remove existing metal roofing down to sheathing and properly dispose of all materials; Identify, furnish, and replace damaged roof sheathing to match existing roof sheathing; Furnish and install high temperature, ice and water shield underlayment (Titanium Peel and Stick Underlayment (“PSU”) 30 or equivalent) in accordance with manufacturer specifications over entire roof surface; Furnish and install new standing seam metal roofing assembly, ridge cap, flashing, and fascia.
