Provide behavioral health crisis response services; selected contractor shall implement a response model in which licensed behavioral health professionals respond in real-time and support specially trained law enforcement personnel responding to calls involving individuals experiencing mental health or substance use -related crises. The services shall include real-time clinical consultation, behavioral health assessment, and crisis de -escalation support. Proposers should demonstrate the capacity to respond in a developmentally appropriate and age - responsive manner across the lifespan. See attached file.
