Description: Designing and preparing shop drawings amending the existing fire sprinkler system to comply with the Yao Engineering Technical Memo; demolishing/moving all drywall/ceiling tiles/framing needed to access all portions of the existing fire sprinkler system; removing/disposing of the existing fire sprinkler system; installing the new fire sprinkler system needed to comply with the Yao Engineering Technical Memo; testing and certifying the new fire sprinkler system; returning all drywall/ceiling tiles/framing to their original condition (painting not required).
