Courthouse Superior Court HVAC and Roof Insulation Repairs(Request for Proposal)

Description: Work will consist of removal and replacement of existing HVAC equipment serving the superior courtroom. Work is as follows:; Remove existing “water source heat pumps (WSHPs)”WSHP on mechanical platform; Install new WSHPs on existing platform and connect to existing power, duct and water piping; Provide test and balance report; Replace existing plywood on attic platform; Contractor shall be responsible for cutting of existing sheet rock ceilings for installation of new work.
