Courthouse Parking Deck & City Hall Parking Lot System Upgrade (Request For Proposal)

Description: Provide comprehensive parking management solution that enhances operational efficiency, improves the customer experience, strengthens security, and provides advanced reporting and management capabilities. The existing parking equipment, last upgraded in 2018, is approaching the end of its service life and no longer meets the operational and technological needs of the county. The replacement system shall incorporate current industry standards and best practices, including license plate recognition (lpr) technology, modern electronic payment options, improved management of transient parking, monthly renters, employee parking, and parking validations, as well as enhanced data collection and reporting capabilities.
