Description: Seeking quotes from qualified courier service providers to provide scheduled transportation of prescription medications, vaccines, and laboratory specimens. Pick up prescription medications from the Pharmacy at North Health Center. Pick up laboratory specimens from the laboratory at North Health Center and each designated DKPH health center. Deliver prescription medications to designated DKPH health centers, as directed by the DKPH Pharmacist. Deliver all collected laboratory specimens to the Georgia Public Health Laboratory (GPHL).
