County-Wide Professional Consulting Services - (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Provide county-wide professional consulting services on an as-needed basis. Services may include, but are not limited to: Assessment of existing facilities and infrastructure. Development and update of a multi-year Capital Improvement Plan. Identification and prioritization of capital projects. Cost estimating and budget forecasting. Lifecycle cost analysis. Asset replacement scheduling. The initial term of this agreement is two (2) years from the effective date. Upon mutual agreement three (3) optional renewal contract terms. See attached file.
