Patterson Pump Station Rehabilitation RFP

Description: The project scope includes rehabilitation of the existing Patterson Pump Station including mobilization and demobilization, bypass pumping, demolition of facilities to be removed, excavation and grading, structural rehabilitation of the wet well and Grinder Room, modifications to the bridge crane canopy, installation of slide gates, a carbon filter odor control system and associated ductwork, gravity sewer with new Diversion Structure, recoating of all piping in the wet well and valve vault, generator enclosure, and existing surge tank, associated site improvements and other facility upgrades per contract documents including site concrete paving, site fencing, an asphalt access driveway, finish grading, erosion control and site stabilization.
