Work includes approx 395 LF 8" SDR26 PVC gravity sewer; 2 EA standard sewer manholes; 42 LF 14" steel casing – bore; 3 EA service connections.
Description: Construction of approx. 144 LF of new 8" sewer main, one new manhole, and including but not limited to, connection to an existing manhole, construction of an interior drop, traffic management and control, pavement replacement, curb repairs, and all necessary appurtenances to provide a complete project.

This project includes open cut and trenchless construction of 2,816 LF of 15" PVC, 3,867 LF of 18" PVC, and 344 LF of 20" HDPE gravity sewer along State Highway 51, through the Creek 51 Business Park and south to E. Washington St. The project also includes the demolition and removal of approx. 4,200 LF of existing 8" and 10" gravity sewer and manholes along the proposed alignment south of State Highway 51. The proposed gravity sewer will utilize all existing casings, with new casing being installed under State Highway 51. The project will begin approx. 250 LF east of South 200th East Avenue along East Washington Street and end on the north side of State Highway 51 in front of Blue Bell Creameries. Also included is miscellaneous site work, including but not limited to tree clearing, bypass pumping of sewage from business park customers, reconnecting service lines, seeding, sodding, etc.

Work includes the construction of a 269 LF 8" PVC sanitary gravity sewer extension along street, including four precast manholes. The sewer extension will tie into the existing city gravity sanitary sewer line at the intersection through the use of a doghouse manhole. See outside link.

Work includes base bid work for traffic and erosion control, the installation of water mains of various sizes (including 13 LF of 8", 1,508 LF of 12", 310 LF of 12", and 3 LF of 16" PVC water mains with granular and slurry backfill), gate valves, HDPE water laterals, hydrant assemblies, connections to existing water mains, and comprehensive site restorations including lawn, curb, driveway, and roadway repairs.
