Provide professional consulting services to assist the City in selecting and implementing an AMI system. The Consultant shall assume that the City’s new Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) will be operational prior to AMI system implementation and shall develop recommendations that align with the City’s future-state Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) environment.
