Provide a cellular based Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system utilizing industry standard, commercially available water meters and communications technology that meet or exceed the performance requirements set forth herein for the District’s drinking water utility. The target date for full AMI system deployment is no later than December 2027. The AMI system shall have a design life of at least 20 years.
