Construction of Six Single Family Houses (Request for Bids)

Description: Build six two-bedroom, single-family homes for low-income families. Complete 6 single family homes, including site work, foundation, framing, drywall, roofing, finish work, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, utilities (from access point to home), ditch culvert, driveway and landscaping. Bid Alternate #1: Construction of 6 - 3 bedroom, Bid Alternate #2: Construction of 2 - 4 bedroom homes.
