Construction of Public Works Equipment Storage Building - (Request for Proposal)

Description: General construction of a new pre-engineered metal storage building. The building with a new restroom area made of metal stud framed walls with gypsum board finished walls and ceilings. There will also be a striped concrete area for handicapped parking next to the new pre-engineered metal building. The project also provides for concrete flatwork, parking striping and stubbed out plumbing connection for a prefabricated office building not in this contract. The ADA ramp to this building is also not in this contract.
