Specifications include - 12' W x 20' L x 10' H (wall height); Concrete (engineered) foundation; 8' W access ramp from driveway to storage building door (not to exceed 8% slope); Doors; Outward opening; No transition in doorway; Weather strip; Takes A12 interchangeable lock cores (to be supplied by City); Wide enough to accommodate palate and palate jack; No windows on door; Loft (8' off ground, covering back 6' (length) of storage building & spanning full width); see outside link.
