Provide lease lease-back preconstruction and construction services for the district's new construction and modernization improvements project. Includes the modernization of 14 existing permanent classrooms that will receive 21st Century learning environment furniture and technology, and the modular construction of two buildings for two maker spaces, adjacent restroom module and three general purpose classrooms in the footprint of four existing portables that require removal.
