Lease Lease-Back Preconstruction and Construction Services for The New Construction and Modernization Improvements Project (Request for Qualifications

Description: Provide lease lease-back preconstruction and construction services for the district's new construction and modernization improvements project. Includes the modernization of 14 existing permanent classrooms that will receive 21st Century learning environment furniture and technology, and the modular construction of two buildings for two maker spaces, adjacent restroom module and three general purpose classrooms in the footprint of four existing portables that require removal. The modular scope will be outsourced separately. Proposed 21st Century modernization improvements entail the total improvement to a classroom or other space on a school site. Such improvements will include, where needed, new or upgrades to technology, wall finishes, lighting, flooring, electrical and ADA upgrades to meet current code requirements.
