Request for Qualifications and Proposals for Lease-Leaseback Preconstruction and Construction Services - New Central Kitchen

Description: Rialto Unified School District is seeking a contractor to provide lease-leaseback preconstruction and construction services for a new central kitchen. The project includes a two-story central kitchen building, inventory and storage areas, kitchen and café facilities, administrative offices, and associated site improvements such as utilities, landscaping, paving, parking, and fire lanes. Preconstruction is expected to begin around November 30, 2026, construction around November 14, 2027, and completion is required by November 14, 2029, with an estimated construction cost of approximately $50,000,000 excluding owner-furnished, contractor-installed kitchen equipment.
