Construction Management Services for the New Tracy Aquatic Center Capital Improvement Project (Request for Proposals)

Description: Professional construction management consultant (the “Consultant” or “CM”) to provide pre-construction, constructability review, plan-check support, bidding support, construction management, materials testing & special inspection, contract administration, commissioning, closeout, warranty, and related project delivery services for the Tracy Aquatic Center Project. The Consultant shall serve as an extension of City staff and support the Project from the current design phase through completion of construction and post-construction activities.
