Construct Multi-Use Path RFP

Description: The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), in coordination with the Town of Oro Valley, is soliciting construction bids to build a multi-use pathway along Naranja Drive from La Cañada Drive to First Avenue in Pima County, Arizona. The work includes constructing an asphaltic concrete multi-use pathway, reconstructing side streets and driveways, culvert extensions, installing signs, retaining walls, riprap, and metal handrails, along with pavement marking and related improvements. This is a construction solicitation (not a grant program) with an issue date of June 29, 2026 and bid expiration of August 14, 2026.
