Description: Tarrant Regional Water District is soliciting sealed proposals for a condition assessment of the Cedar Creek PCCP Pipeline Section 4 and the Cedar Creek Booster Pump Station (CC3) above-ground storage tanks. The work involves nondestructive assessment of approximately 12 miles of 72-inch prestressed concrete cylinder pipe and corrosion testing of two steel storage tanks at the Waxahachie Pump Station. This is an open infrastructure-engineering procurement, with proposals due August 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time; it is not a grant program.

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to perform water main condition assessment services using non-destructive, free-swimming, near-field electromagnetic (EM) testing technologies at two project locations totaling 4.9 miles of 30"-36" AWWA C-301 prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) and ductile iron pipe for the Central Water Integration Pipeline (CWIP). The condition assessment will identify structural deficiencies, wire breaks, failure risk, and the current condition of the pipe to aid SAWS in repair and replacement planning, and will also include in-pipe acoustic-based leak detection. Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. CDT on Friday, August 21, 2026, with a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference scheduled for August 4, 2026.
