The condition assessment will identify structural deficiencies, wire breaks, failure risk, and the current condition of the pipe to aid SAWS in repair and replacement planning, and will also include in-pipe acoustic-based leak detection. Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. CDT on Friday, August 21, 2026, with a non-mandatory pre-proposal conference scheduled for August 4, 2026.
