Concrete Floor Grinding, Repair & Coating for Fire Dept Apparatus Bay

The scope of work includes the grinding, repair, and application of a durable, non-slip floor coating for the concrete floor of the fire station apparatus bay. The floor shall be designed to withstand heavy traffic from emergency vehicles, hot tires, salt, snow, tire chains, and harsh weather conditions typical of the fire station environment. The coating must also ensure a safe, non-slip surface for both emergency personnel and vehicles. The coating will include the 5 vehicle bays, and the lower vehicle bay. Square footage to be repaired: 3,700 SF.
