Description: Conceptual phase PPEA proposals for a new courthouse. Successful Offeror shall provide services, including, but not limited to, the following: 1. Project Management and Administration, including overall project leadership, team management, coordination of all design and construction activities, reporting, and communications with the County. 2. Interdisciplinary Coordination among all architectural, engineering, specialty consultants, subcontractors, and utility providers to ensure a fully integrated design solution. 3. Programming Validation and Design Development, including confirmation of project requirements, stakeholder coordination, and development of design documents through all required phases.
