Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) for Burger Activity Center Baseball Improvements

Description: The Austin Independent School District ("AISD" or "District") is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide Burger Activity Center Baseball Improvements. The Project scope will upgrade the existing baseball stadium to improve its functionality, accessibility, and overall amenities. Improvements include replacing the natural field turf with synthetic turf; replacing all field fencing; upgrades to field lighting; demolishing and replacing the home-side dugout with a new sunken dugout and accessible ramp; adding drinking fountains and lighting to both dugouts; and adding bullpens and batting cages on both the home and visitor sides. The project will also include new sidewalks and an accessible ramp, new parking lot striping, as well as seating area improvements such as painting exposed steel, replacing the PA system, replacing the press box siding, adding HVAC to the press box, and adding a companion seat adjacent to the ADA seating area.
