The City of Edmond issued a Request for Quotation for printing and mailing 3,675 Service Line Notice letters required by the EPA Lead and Copper Rule Revisions to inform residents about service lines and potential lead exposure risks. The contractor must print double-sided 8.5x11 letters (color or black & white), fold and stuff into #10 envelopes and provide pricing for printing, envelopes and mailing by lot; postage will be handled separately by the City. The mailing of all printed letters must occur simultaneously by December 31, 2025, and the contract period extends through December 31, 2025.
