Commissioning Services (Request for Proposal)

Description: Construction of a new single-story, approximately 26,500 square foot police department facility. The facility includes approximately 18,300 square feet of finished office, storage, locker/shower room space and 8,200 square feet of heated vehicle storage space and a separate 4,000 square feet unheated storage building. Work includes associated mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems and associated sitework including grading, excavation, paving, and utility services.
