Snow Removal Services
The City of St. John's is soliciting pre-qualification submissions to establish a Roster Framework for Snow Removal Services covering both small and large snow removal operations. Pre-qualified suppliers will be placed on rosters and will be solicited via second-stage RFQs on a rotating basis with potentially short response times. This procurement process is intended to create a list of compliant respondents that City staff can utilize for specific projects through 2033.
