Overhead Door Replacement at Cheatham Park Pavilion RFP
The City of Alexandria, Louisiana is soliciting sealed bids for the Overhead Door Replacement at Cheatham Park Pavilion project. Sealed bids will be received at the City Council Meeting Chambers, Alexandria City Hall, 915 Third Street, until 10:00 AM CST/CDT on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Contractors must be licensed in Building Construction per the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors, and must provide a Bid Bond of 5% of the Total Base Bid and Performance/Payment Bonds of 100% of the contract amount.
