Environmental Compliance and Engineering Support Services (Request for Proposal)
Provide as-needed basis engineering services to support the environmental compliance and associated engineering work.
Description: Provide environmental compliance services and requirement actions (e.g., inspection, training, investigation) mandated by the environmental regulatory agencies; and implement the requirements of the national pollutant discharge elimination system. Provide environmental service to comply with the state of hawaii department of health water quality standards requirements in support of commercial harbor projects and operations (e. G. , surface water sampling, investigate localized floods and assist in related mitigation). Provide environmental engineering support including review of other professional services contracts & proposals, project scope preparation, specification preparation, and engineering cost estimate.
