The work includes furnishing and installing the foundation, anchors building exterior and interior build out. The enclosure includes an underground cable space. There is one shared battery room. Installation of building structural, foundation wall panels, feeder conduits & ducts, HVAC, building electrical, and finishes. The vendor is to furnish and install the following: full basement across both the switchgear and control building sides; building foundation & appropriate penetrations per drawings pre-cast walls.
