Project consists of complete deconstruction, demolition, and removal of the Hall facility from the campus. Multiple site utilities will be affected, including sanitary and storm sewers. Utilities will be restored to support site drainage and adjacent campus facilities. Site will be cleaned of all building materials, cleared, finish graded, and sodded for possible future building site.
