Ball State University is soliciting bids for Phase 9 of its ongoing Bracken Library Masonry and Roof Repairs project on the Muncie, Indiana campus, governed by Indiana Public Works statutes for projects over $150,000. The scope of work includes installation of an SBS Modified Bitumen Roofing membrane, a sheet metal coping cap, masonry and sealant repairs, and related work, with an estimated construction cost of $1,000,000 and a substantial completion target of November 1, 2026.
