Bracken Library Masonry and Roof Repairs Phase 9 RFP

Description: Ball State University is soliciting bids for Phase 9 of its ongoing Bracken Library Masonry and Roof Repairs project on the Muncie, Indiana campus, governed by Indiana Public Works statutes for projects over $150,000. The scope of work includes installation of an SBS Modified Bitumen Roofing membrane, a sheet metal coping cap, masonry and sealant repairs, and related work, with an estimated construction cost of $1,000,000 and a substantial completion target of November 1, 2026. Bid documents will be available electronically beginning Friday, July 24, 2026, by submitting the Public Works Bid Document Request Form to BSU Purchasing Services.
