Description: Texas A&M University System Office of Facilities Planning & Construction, on behalf of the Board of Regents of The Texas A&M University System and Texas A&M University, is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm for the West Campus Vivarium in College Station. The firm will provide pre-construction services, including constructability guidance, cost estimates and schedules, develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price, and perform construction services. The approximately 68,890-gross-square-foot facility is planned to accommodate animal holding, cage-wash and research procedure spaces, while the existing Laboratory Animal Care Building will be vacated, decommissioned, abated for hazardous materials and demolished.
