CM/GC Services for the UTA TRUNKLINE A RELOCATION PROJECT and the TRUNKLINE A RESILIENCY PROJECT

Description: Mt. Olympus Improvement District is seeking qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor firms to provide pre-construction services and, if a guaranteed maximum price is agreed upon, full construction services for two interconnected UTA projects: the Trunkline A Relocation Project and the Trunkline A Resiliency Project. Although tracked as separate task orders, the District strongly prefers a single CM/GC firm to handle both projects to ensure coordination and efficiency. The County Commissioners of Caroline County, through the Caroline County Department of Public Works, are soliciting sealed bids (RFP# CCDPW2027-01) for the chip seal surface treatment of Trunkline Road. The scope of work includes roadway base repair and build-up, limited clearing, application of four (4) courses of chip seal surface treatment, and stabilization of disturbed areas.
