Cloud Service - DataWorks

Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Public Safety (DPS), intend to enter into an agreement for up to 12 months with DataWorks plus for continued, uninterrupted cloud services referred to as DataWorks Plus. DataWorks Plus, which includes but is not limited to; support/maintenance services, updates and/or modifications for the DataWorks Plus software used by the DPS. The cloud environment that has been established houses DataWorks proprietary applications and is considered intellectual property due to exclusive ownership rights, titles, patents and trademarks of their products and/or services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities, deeming this a sole source.
